Sculpture 'The Kiss'
The Kiss is a wall sculpture that shows two mouths connected to a thin golden chain, in a union that is both fragile and precious. They were sculpted like fragments, like archaeological remains whose remaining bodies have disappeared. The kiss, a timeless form of love, is suspended here, in time and emptiness, eternal and vulnerable. If the mouth is the organ of speech, it is also the place of this movement so specific to human beings, which gives and receives, which moves us and connects us, which makes us sensitive and senseless, poetic and sublime beings: love.
What are all the actions and thoughts of men for centuries compared to a single moment of love? Hölderlin
